Orders will be shipped via FedEx ("Ground") Service. Shipping is limited to U.S. delivery only (please note, there is no "ground" service to Alaska or Hawaii, so there is an additional shipping charge to these locations).

Orders are limited to a single shipping address per order. Customers can expect to receive their product within 1-7 business days after being shipped from our Illinois location.

Remember:
• Delivery occurs only on business days Monday through Friday.
• Delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.
• Because of the oversized boxes we use 2 day and overnight shipping are not available.

 

Shipping Damage:

Immediately E-mail us at Staff@TheNeonStore.com. Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours. As the shipper we will contact FedEx and begin the process. You must retain all packing material that the damaged item was delivered in. The damaged item and the packing material needs to be picked up by FedEx. After the pickup by FedEx, we will ship a replacement or repair and return the original item. If only part of the sign is damaged (like the border) we can usually just send you a replacement neon tube which you can easily install yourself.
