Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. Since we manufacture everything we sell we do accept returns and exchanges on all our products. E-Mail us at Staff@TheNeonStore.com for a return authorization number.   For returns a 15% Restocking fee & shipping charges are non-refundable.   You may exchange any stock neon sign for a different model. There is no restocking fee charged for exchanges. Customer must return sign VIA UPS, FEDEX or DHL in original box & packing material. No returns allowed after 14 days. Signs made in custom colors cannot be returned.
